I had such a great experience at SNA Complete Auto Repair. I came in right before closing with a flat tire after another shop had turned me away because they were closing. Even though they were getting ready to shut down for the day, the staff still took the time to help me and treated me with kindness and professionalism. The personalized service really meant a lot to me during a stressful situation. Everyone there, including the owners, was friendly, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me get safely back on the road. It’s rare to find customer service like this anymore. I truly appreciate their compassion and willingness to help when they easily could have said no. Highly recommend this shop if you’re looking for honest people and excellent customer care!

It’s a great place. I had a tire repaired after it picked up a nail, and since it was a quick fix, the man even charged me less than his original price :)

Story time- I was traveling to Norco for a soccer tournament with four girls. We hit some traffic coming into Pasadena and my car started acting funny. So I pulled off the road and my car did not want to accelerate. I ended up getting to a service station which then told me they couldn’t help me and sent me a block down the street to this service station. However, when I tried to get to the service station from The first service station, my car died in the middle of the street. AAA has a yard across the street and saw me stranded in the road and came over and told me too the service station. AAA driver was amazing. I didn’t catch his name well I may have but I don’t remember because it was so much chaos going on with the four little girls I had with me. this service station was amazing at first I wasn’t sure I’m in a different area not at home. The gentleman came out, looked at my car, pulled me in to show me what the code reader was reading very honest. I would highly recommend this place. They were amazing. He also said he was gonna come in early today, which is Saturday and check my car Just amazing Customer Service. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. They made me fe

Whenever I come across an honest and reliable business, I feel it's my duty to the community to share this info. S&A took care of my brake job at the last moment and charged a fair price. I got two other very high estimates, that were ridiculous. Thank you S&A!!!
